Makeen Tech Corporation (MTC) was established in 2003 and we have over 40 years of architectural and engineering design experiences. Our company offers a vast design skills and is proficient in commercial and residential site development. We service multiple Central Texas cities to include the I35 corridor from Austin to Waco concentrating on the Central Texas Tri-Cities, Austin, Belton, Copperas Cove, Killeen and Temple. This company is staffed with a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (Revit) Specialist and supporting staff.
MTC has permitted various complex commercial and residential architectural design as well as civil and structural engineering. Our team possesses extensive knowledge concerning city requirements and state and government regulations for residential and commercial development. We collaborate with other specialized firms and work with multiple city staff disciplines to meet the specific needs of our client. Our efforts ensure that each project developed is permittable by the city in which it is located, designed to the highest standard, and completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Our Design Process
Makeen Tech Corporation (MTC) aims to ensure each client has a positive and welcoming experience by making the design process as simple as possible. For the convenience of the clients, we are able to schedule in office or onsite visits.
The start of a potential project design begins with the client contacting MTC and scheduling a consultation. During the consultation the client(s) discuss their potential project, ask questions, receive detailed information, feedback and guidance, and determine how MTC is the right company to help bring their project vision to life. As a client moves forward with MTC, he/she will continue to have opportunities to share input in the design of the project until its completion.
